Collection of Selected candidates further
Information
After Receiving Candidates Application,
if Company requires some further information
of Candidate then HR dept. collects information
from Candidate and Informed regarding
time and date of Telephonic Interview
to the Candidate.
•
Telephonic Interview
After
collection of all details of Candidate,
if candidate profile is matched with our
requirement then the Authorized Person
of the Company will take telephonic Interview.
•
Personal Interview
In
3rd step after telephonic Interview if
candidate will be short-listed then he/she
will be called upon the Company for the
Personal Interview.
•
Appointment Finalization
After
completion of all procedure if the Authority
approves candidate’s selection then
Offer letter will be issued to the particular
candidate. And if candidate profile is
not matched with our requirement then
also resume of candidate will be stored
in our database for future consideration.
